01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern your access to and use of the Luky97 platform, available at https://luky97.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "the Site" or "Luky97"). Luky97 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform operated for Pakistani users and international audiences.

Luky97 operates as an information and review platform. It is not a licensed gambling operator in Pakistan and does not hold any gambling licence issued by Pakistani governmental or regulatory bodies. By accessing the Platform in any manner — whether by browsing, registering an account, participating in promotions or using any feature of the Site — you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Luky97 reserves the right to deny access to any user who does not comply with these Terms.

04 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to your access. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.

05 Account Registration

When registering an account, you agree to provide complete and accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

You must notify Luky97 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Luky97 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Luky97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• False or misleading registration information has been provided.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 4 of these Terms.
• Suspicious activity, fraud or a breach of these Terms is detected.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require account restriction or closure.

06 Platform Use

The Platform is provided for lawful, personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the Site in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its functionality or infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or any related networks.
• Scrape, copy or reproduce Platform content without prior written consent from Luky97.

Luky97 reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and take any action it deems appropriate, including restricting access, suspending accounts or reporting conduct to relevant authorities, where a breach of these Terms or applicable law is suspected.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Luky97 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback arrangements and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses and promotions include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Luky97 reserves the right to restrict or exclude specific users or user groups from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per user, household, IP address and payment method.
• Minimum Deposit: Where a minimum deposit is required to activate a bonus, this will be stated in the promotion terms. Deposits below the stated threshold will not qualify for the offer.
• Bonus Abuse: Any user found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage strategies or other manipulative practices — will have their bonuses voided and may face permanent account suspension.

08 Payments & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Luky97 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the operator and will be displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and the operator's verification procedures. Luky97 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, bet or promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through arbitrage, matched betting with the intent to defraud, or other manipulative strategies.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, manipulate odds or circumvent Platform security.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crimes.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards Luky97 staff or other users.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, interfere with its security systems or obtain other users' account information without authorisation.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, Luky97 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all associated bets and bonuses, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

10 Responsible Gambling

Luky97 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable, leisure activity and we take our obligations to player protection seriously.

As part of our responsible gambling commitment, Luky97:

• Reproduction, redistribution or republication of Platform content without prior written consent from Luky97.
• Commercial use of any content, data or materials obtained from the Platform.
• Removal or alteration of any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices on Platform content.
• Creation of derivative works based on Platform content without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and may result in civil or criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luky97, its directors, employees, partners and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or its services.
• Any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in Platform content.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any gambling losses incurred as a result of using information provided on the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures or downtime affecting the Platform.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, operators or service providers referenced on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Luky97 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any content or information published on the Site.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms.

Luky97 does not hold any gambling licence issued by Pakistani governmental or regulatory bodies, does not claim a Pakistan office and makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or lawful for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether access to and use of this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan must independently assess their obligations under the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, any applicable provincial legislation, and any other relevant regulation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and Luky97 encourages users to seek independent legal counsel if in doubt.

14 Amendments

Luky97 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, Luky97 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if applicable, close your account.

Luky97 also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform — including specific features, promotions or services — at any time without prior notice and without liability to users.
